3-2-1 WOA (15 mins) [WOA]

You guys know that my all of FAVORITE workouts are #WOA (WorkOut Anywhere) workouts, which means they have three things in common:

1. They don’t need much, if any, equipment
2. They can be done at home
3. They take less than 30 minutes

This 3-2-1 Bodyweight workout is a perfect example of an awesome #WOA workout because you can do it anywhere:  at home, outside, while you’re traveling, etc. You don’t need any equipment, but I promise you will get your heart rate up, burn fat, and build strength.

This workout is super handy when you don’t have a lot of time because you can throw on some workout clothes and jump right into it. Plus, this whole workout only takes about 15 minutes.
