Summer is winding down and it's time to revive our fitness!

I don't know about you, but summer gives me an excuse to indulge in laziness and take a much-needed break from my busy routine, which I definitely did. As we inch closer to September I'm ready to get back in gear...so it's time for another #FitBlitz!

The Fall always gets super busy- the days get shorter, things ramp up at work, and the holidays are right around the corner. To avoid getting "too busy" to fit in our workouts, let's get ahead of the game and set our routine early. You'll get workouts, motivation, support, and coaching- all for free! So, why the hell not?

Plus, I have to admit that I selfishly created this #FitBlitz so I could do it myself. I need the push just as much as you, so let's do it together!

How does the 10-day challenge work?

As soon as you sign up, I will send an email with directions on how to request access to our private Facebook Group. That's all you have to do until we get started on September 9th!

What's included?

 

10 days of short (but intense) workouts

All workouts can be done at home, in less than 20 minutes. No equipment is required, but dumbbells are recommended.

 

Video tutorials

 

There will be video demonstrations of each exercise so that you can learn proper form.

Access to a private, women-only Facebook group

These like-minded women will have similar goals, will hold you accountable, and will support you throughout the challenge.

 

Daily 1-on-1 coaching

I will be in the group every day to help motivate you and answer your questions.

Hi, I'm Kate!

I am a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and certified nutrition consultant, and I help women gain confidence and feel empowered by teaching them how to take care of their bodies through exercise and healthy lifestyle choices.

I continue to hear from busy women who struggle with fat loss because all they do for exercise is cardio, so I felt obligated to create this free 10-day fitness blitz to show busy women the benefits of strength training and help them achieve fat loss through efficient exercise.

By the end of this 10-Day program, I will have shown you multiple, short (<30mins), and challenging workouts that you can squeeze into your busy schedule. The workouts will require minimal equipment (you just need access to dumbbells), so you can do them in the comfort of your own home. In these workouts I will teach you several cardio strength training moves, which are the most efficient type of exercise for fat loss and can help you achieve the lean physique you're looking for. And as you have questions along the way, I will be there to answer them!
