Our mothers, our partners, our friends, our coworkers…They all love to tell us what we “should” be doing to lose weight or be healthy, but what worked for them doesn’t work for us.
I get it. It’s incredibly frustrating.
We work so hard trying every diet, every workout program, every fitness class...and nothing sticks. But we’ve been going about this all wrong.
Quick fix cleanses, detoxes, and diets don't last because they're not realistic in the slightest. Fad fitness classes or programs don't stick because we get bored, or we lose the motivation to keep going.
I had all these same dilemmas at one point, but eventually I came up with a way to build a healthy lifestyle at home, with short/challenging workouts, and the simplest but most effective nutrition strategies. The changes I made totally changed my life- my energy went from 0 to 60, my confidence boosted, my stress faded, and I truly just feel healthier and happier. Now, I want to share these changes with you so you can take control of your own life.

It’s time to stop those hour-long treadmill and elliptical sessions at the gym. These workouts are designed to burn fat and make you stronger, while keeping things new and exciting. I want you to push yourself, but I also want you to ENJOY it!
Who is TTB NOT for?
- Someone who likes to spend hours at the gym.
If you like to do steady state, long-duration cardio for over an hour (jogging, elliptical, etc.), this program is not for you. However, if you’re trying to lose fat and get stronger, then we need to get you out of the long-duration cardio mindset and this program is a great start.
- Someone who considers themselves a beginner with exercise.
These workouts will be short, but they will be TOUGH. Even though I will give modifiers for a lot of the moves, anyone who signs up should have experience exercising regularly.
- Women who want a “quick fix”.
When it comes to getting lean, there are no shortcuts. We have to put in the time if we want results and want to make real, lasting lifestyle changes.
- Women who like to use pills and supplements in the place of real food nutrition.

Hi, I'm Kate!
I am a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and certified nutrition consultant, and I help women gain confidence and feel empowered by teaching them how to take care of their bodies through exercise and healthy lifestyle choices.
I continue to hear from busy women who struggle with creating a healthy lifestyle because they're too busy and too stressed to find a solid routine. I felt obligated to create TTB to help these women build sustainable healthy lifestyles using short & efficient fat-burning workouts, and customized improvements to their nutrition and mindset.
By the end of TTB, you will have learned many short (<30mins), challenging workouts that you can squeeze into your busy schedule. Frequently Asked Questions
How long are the workouts? I don’t have much free time.
#TTB is meant for busy women, so if you’re asking this just remember that the program was designed for women just like you! We will only do SHORT workouts, meaning less than 30 minutes per day, so the time commitment will be is minimal.
What equipment do I need?
All you need for these workouts are some dumbbells (ideally 3 sets-one heavy, one medium, one light), and a mat is optional.
What format do the workouts come in?
All of the workouts are delivered via easy print-and-go PDF with accompanying video tutorials for all of the movements in the workout.
I’ve never exercised before- can I still do the workouts?
I wouldn’t recommend it. I designed these workouts for women who have experience with exercise; however, there will be modifiers for a lot of the movements. You know your body and know what you can handle. If you’re concerned, just make sure you check with your physician before starting TTB, especially if you are at a higher risk for illness and injury.
Will I get a meal plan?
My goal for you is to learn how to eat healthy while still eating the things that you like in a way that suits your lifestyle. This looks different for everyone, so there won’t be a strict “one size fits all” meal plan. However, the nutrition audit and phone call will help us determine your individual “problem areas”, and I will help you make little changes over the course of our month together.
Is there coaching that goes along with this?
Yes! The purpose of the closed Facebook group is to provide you with a community of women who can hold you accountable and support you, but the other benefit to the group is that it will act as an open forum. I will answer ANY and ALL questions you ask in the group, so use it to your advantage and ask away!
