#WOA workouts can be done at home, at the gym, in a hotel room, outside…anywhere! Hence, “WorkOut Anywhere”. A lot of these workouts will be bodyweight-only, and a few will use dumbbells, but no matter what you will not have to go to the gym to be able to do these.
