  • 3-Week calendar showing when to do each workout
  • 3 Full 25-minute workout routines (No equipment required)
    • Workouts to be completed on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 3 weeks
    • Workout structure includes a 4-minute warm-up + 21 minutes of exercises
